Return Policy


WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FOR UNWORN ITEMS WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE ITEM. PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST TO OBTAIN THE RETURN ADDRESS. THE ITEM MUST HAVE OUR SNEAKER LABEL AND BE UNWORN. UPON RECEIPT OF THE ITEM AND CONFIRMATION OF ITS UNWORN CONDITION, WE WILL REFUND YOU.


 


Cancel order before shipment


For customers who use Klarna and ultimately decide to cancel the order before it ships, we must deduct Klarna's transaction fee from the amount we refund. This is because Klarna charges us transaction fees when the customer pays with Klarna. Although we have already processed the refund for the customer, Klarna will not reimburse us for the transaction costs. Klarna's transaction costs are 3.5% of the total order amount.


 


For eligible returns


1, Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.


 


2, It must also be in the original packaging.


 


3, Our free returns only apply to errors or damage caused by us and approved by our quality control team.


 


4, Regarding returns and refunds due to size problems or other related issues, customer should pay the return shipping costs. The customer must also bear the risk of customs duties when returning the package. The total amount to be refunded will be calculated according to the format below.


 


Amount to be refunded = Amount paid - Shipping costs (Upon purchase) - Customs fees


5, We strongly recommend returning all items using a trackable shipping method as we will not be held responsible for lost packages.


 


6, Any returned or exchanged item must first be approved by us and meet our 95% RULE before we can further process your request.


 


 


IMPORTANT NOTICE: Do not return your purchase to the sender's address, we will send you a returns address as soon as you contact us. There is a 20% restocking or exchange fee for cash refunds.

Steps for exchange or refund:


1, Items that are not in original condition, are damaged or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error. For example, violent transportation or package theft.


 


2, Items returned after 7 days of receiving your order.


 


3, Orders that have already been processed and shipped after cancellation has been requested.


 


4, Customer cannot claim a refund or exchange because the item does not pass the authenticity check.


 


5, We do not support refunds or exchanges for resale of our items.
